I was very impressed with service from Central Cooling. I filled out an online request form and Robin was quick to reach out and set up a call with a manager, and then we decided to book a diagnostic visit which due a cancellation we got in 2 days! George came out and was so helpful, he stayed to answer all our questions, and explained everything he was doing every step of the way. Others we have had here in the past were cryptic and left us with a ton of questions, but George was an open book and very knowledgeable. We will continue to use this company going forward. Recommend 100%!

Jamie promptly returned my after hours phone call. She was patient, technically knowledge, and diligently tried to resolve my issue. After determining that there was no quick fix, she scheduled an early morning service appointment despite the fact that I was not an existing customer. Her sincere concern and effort to to get my A/C system up and running during this abysmal heat wave made a lasting impression.
